Your information.
Handled with care.
This policy explains what Tyson Gill Inspired Furniture collects, why we use it, the providers that help operate our business, and the choices available to you.
Who this policy belongs to.
Tyson Gill Inspired Furniture, LLC (“TGIF,” “Inspired by Tyson,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a Wyoming limited liability company operated primarily from Miramar, Florida. This policy applies to information handled through InspiredByTyson.com, our online shop, customer-care communications, warranty requests, reviews, and related services.
When this policy applies.
This policy applies when you browse our website, place or discuss an order, request custom work, create or use a customer account, join an email list, submit a review, contact customer care, or request warranty service.
It does not control the independent privacy practices of payment providers, social networks, embedded-media providers, review platforms, delivery companies, or other websites. Their policies govern information they process for their own purposes.
Information we receive.
We collect information you provide, information created by your transactions and communications, and limited technical information collected through the website.
Contact and account details
Name, email address, telephone number, shipping and billing details, account credentials, communication preferences, and customer-service history.
Product and transaction details
Products, customization requests, dimensions, delivery details, order number, transaction status, warranty records, photographs, and descriptions of reported problems.
Fit and service details
A dog’s name, breed, age, weight, measurements, behavior context, or other information you choose to provide for product selection, custom work, or support.
Device and usage information
IP address, browser and device details, pages viewed, links clicked, referral source, approximate location derived from IP, identifiers, and interactions with analytics, advertising, social, or embedded content.
Payment information
Online payments are handled by payment providers. TGIF does not intentionally collect or store complete payment-card numbers through the website. We may receive transaction confirmations, payment status, limited payment details, and information needed for refunds, disputes, accounting, and fraud prevention.
Reviews and customer content
If you submit a review, photograph, video, testimonial, or other content, we receive the content and any name or profile information you choose to associate with it. Reviews may appear on the site. TGIF will seek separate permission before reusing customer photographs, videos, or testimonials in advertising beyond the review or submission context.
Why we use information.
- Provide, customize, confirm, fulfill, deliver, and support products and services.
- Process payments, refunds, credits, taxes, accounting records, fraud checks, and disputes.
- Evaluate warranty requests, repairs, replacements, delivery concerns, and customer-care issues.
- Maintain customer accounts, order history, waitlists, product reviews, and communications.
- Send transactional messages and, when permitted, marketing communications that include an unsubscribe option.
- Understand site performance, measure traffic and advertising, improve content, and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Protect customers, TGIF, and the public; enforce our terms; and comply with legal obligations.
Who helps operate the business.
We disclose information to service providers and business partners when reasonably necessary for the purposes described above. The providers currently used or supported by the site include:
Website hosting, commerce, customer accounts, email features, site analytics, forms, order management, and related infrastructure.
Payment processing and transaction services for new online orders.
Optional checkout methods and related transaction processing.
Legacy or saved payment-method support associated with earlier website transactions.
Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager for traffic measurement, tag management, and related site analysis.
Meta Pixel, advertising measurement, and Facebook or Messenger features.
Review collection, verification, display, and reputation features.
Embedded video and web-font delivery.
Delivery, shipping, fulfillment, professional advisers, fraud prevention, and other vendors needed to complete transactions or protect the business.
TGIF does not sell or rent customer lists for money. Analytics and advertising tools may receive device, identifier, or activity information and may be treated as “sharing” or targeted advertising under some laws. Applicable opt-out rights are described below.
We may also disclose information when required by law, legal process, or a valid government request; to investigate fraud, security, or unlawful activity; to protect rights, safety, and property; or as part of a merger, financing, sale, reorganization, or transfer of all or part of the business.
How the website recognizes activity.
Squarespace and our providers may use cookies, pixels, tags, local storage, and similar technologies. Essential technologies support security, carts, checkout, account functions, and core site operation. Analytics technologies help measure visits and performance. Advertising and social technologies help measure campaigns, understand audiences, or connect website activity with third-party services.
Google Tag Manager is a tag-management tool; the analytics or advertising tags configured inside it may send information to their respective providers. Disabling browser cookies does not necessarily disable every pixel or server-side technology.
Do Not Track and browser signals
Because no uniform industry standard currently governs legacy “Do Not Track” signals, the site does not respond to them in a standardized way. Where applicable law requires recognition of a legally valid universal opt-out signal, such as Global Privacy Control, TGIF will treat the signal as an opt-out request to the extent it can reasonably be associated with the browser or device.
Your choices and requests.
Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or a portable copy of personal information; to opt out of certain targeted advertising, sale, or sharing; or to appeal a denied privacy request. These rights are subject to legal exceptions and verification.
- Use browser controls to block or delete cookies and review privacy settings for Google, Meta, and other providers.
- Use the unsubscribe link in promotional emails. Transactional and service messages may still be sent when necessary.
- Email a privacy request from the address associated with your account or order and describe the right you want to exercise.
- An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted, but we may require proof of authority and identity verification.
Make a privacy request.
Email info@inspiredbytyson.com with the subject “Privacy Request.” Include enough information to identify your account or transaction, but do not send passwords, full payment-card numbers, government IDs, or other unnecessary sensitive information by email.
Email privacy request →How long information remains.
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including completing transactions, supporting products and warranties, maintaining accounting and tax records, resolving disputes, preventing fraud, enforcing agreements, and meeting legal obligations. Retention periods vary by record type and provider setting.
Marketing contact information is kept until you unsubscribe or we no longer need it, subject to maintaining a limited suppression record. Reviews and public content may remain visible until removed by TGIF, the reviewer, or the review platform, subject to legal and operational needs.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures appropriate to the information we handle. Payment processing is provided by specialized providers, and the site uses encrypted connections. No transmission or storage method is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
General-audience service.
The site is not directed to children under 13, and TGIF does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and, when appropriate, delete it.
External links and embedded services
The website may link to or embed content from other services. Those providers may collect information independently, and their own privacy policies apply. Review their terms before providing information or using their features.
United States operations
TGIF operates primarily from Florida, United States. If you access the site from another country, information may be processed in the United States and other locations where our providers operate, subject to applicable law.
Keeping this policy current.
We may update this policy when our services, providers, or legal obligations change. The “Last updated” date identifies the current version. If a change materially affects how we handle personal information, we will provide additional notice when required by law.
Questions, requests, or concerns may be sent to info@inspiredbytyson.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing certain requests.
Questions deserve a clear answer.
