What information helps with a custom MARK question?
Start with your dog’s breed or mix, current weight, age, and the main purpose of the platform. Tell us whether it will be used for place training, everyday practice, sleeping, or a combination.
Should a sizing question begin here or in the calculator?
Most sizing questions should begin with Find My MARK. Contact us directly when two dogs will share one platform, mobility is limited, measurements fall near a size boundary, or the build is outside standard options.
Can I use this page for an existing order?
Yes. Include the full name and email address used at checkout. Please do not send payment-card information, passwords, or other sensitive personal information.
How do I report a possible article error?
Include the article title or URL and identify the exact information you believe is incorrect, outdated, or unclear. Supporting sources are welcome.
What if my question is urgent?
