Start with your dog’s breed or mix, current weight, age, and the main purpose of the platform. Tell us whether it will be used for focused place training, everyday practice, sleeping, or a combination. It also helps to describe where the MARK will live and whether your dog has limited mobility, unusual proportions, or a favorite sleeping position. You do not need perfect measurements before contacting us. We can explain which details would be useful after reviewing the first message.
Should a sizing question begin here or in the calculator?
Most sizing questions should begin with Find My MARK because the calculator gathers the same basic details Stephen would ask first. If the result recommends personal review, you can send the completed answers without starting over. Contact us directly when two dogs will share one platform, the dog is a giant breed, mobility is limited, measurements fall near a size boundary, or the planned build is outside the standard MARK options.
Can I use this page for an existing order?
Yes. Choose order help in the form or mention the order in your message. Include the full name and email address used at checkout so we can locate it efficiently. You can ask about order status, delivery, product care, or a detail you want us to review.
