Stephen Gill is the founder, owner, and chairman of Inspired by Tyson, a South Florida-based pet lifestyle company shaped by his relationship with Tyson and a belief that thoughtful design, useful information, and real experience can improve how dogs and people live together.

His military experience helped shape an approach built around responsibility, preparation, adaptability, leadership, accountability, and completing the work that needs to be done.
Those lessons continue to influence his work as an entrepreneur, designer, dog trainer, writer, editor, and business leader.
Healthcare leadership & operations
Before founding Inspired by Tyson, Stephen developed extensive leadership and operational experience within complex healthcare environments.
His experience included environmental services, Environment of Care, patient experience, transportation, linen operations, infection-prevention practices, and aspects of facility operations and operational readiness.
Working in environments where cleanliness, safety, consistency, accountability, and the experiences of patients and families mattered continues to influence how Stephen approaches business operations, design, research, safety, and the environments people create for their dogs.
