    Shipping Terms

    All balances due must be paid prior to shipment being scheduled.

    The lead time will vary based on work schedule and time of order and payment. The estimated delivery date is an estimate and can change based on issues outside of our control. Current delivery is around 1 week.

    When order is 1 day from completion we will contact you to set up either a pick up time or delivery time depending on the option you have chosen. When delivery time is agreed upon it is mandatory an adult over the age of 18 is present and the product is inspected.

    Failure to be present during a scheduled delivery will result in further charges as the fee consist of scheduled labor, transportation that could be in transit for multiple hours.

  • Items being returned

    Restocking fee 5% on Custom Products.

    30 Day returns accepted on non custom, or basic model products.

    In order for a full refund, All orders may be cancelled prior to building. We cannot refund orders once we have sent an email confirmation to confirm your order is being built or if its been past 2 days. Due to the nature of our product we do not offer refunds once your product has been built or no response has been given to confirm the order. All custom made sales all final.

  • Items damaged

    Damaged Items

    All damaged items will be repaired or replaced. The buyer is responsible for all shipping and delivery fees. Items damaged by your “pack” member will be fixed and charged at cost.

    Seven day FULL warranty on workmanship.

    1 Year warranty on Carpet.

    Limited Lifetime Warranty on repairs with invoice. If the item is repairable, TGIF will repair at cost of materials & shipping billable to the buyer.
